Paramedic Riding Skills Assessment
The standard of riding required for Paramedics to enter the Solo Cycle training course is that of a very competent road rider.
If you are a Paramedic seeking to ensure your riding skills are adequate to attend the Solo Cycle Course this assessment will suit you.
The exercises conducted will determine your current skill level then work can begin on getting you up to speed so you will ensure you pass the assessment exercises conducted by the Ambulance Service of NSW.
This is not simply a method of passing a test. It is designed to ensure your riding approach is adequate to begin learning and show a willingness to ‘unlearn’ bad habits. Duration of this assessment including developing methods of improving riding skills is 3 hours.
